The college basketball season just started on November 7th. The top 10 seeded teams all played bottom D1 teams. UNC played against one of its sister schools, UNC Wilmington. The final score between them was 69-56 UNC. Duke played Jacksonville State. The final score was 71-44 Duke. Although UNC Wilmington is a better school that Jacksonville, the point gap was 27 for Duke, & 13 for UNC. This year, Duke is still way better than UNC. We have the number one & two new high school players. Duke is projected to win the game at Cameron. I would say the chances there are 60% Duke, & 40% UNC. The main reason being that everyone in Cameron is as crazy as me. However, in the Dean Smith Center, the stats are saying 69.6% UNC, & 30.4% Duke. Duke is still going to win both games by a mile. That concludes our basic Duke-UNC stats review.

  1. Great post Arjun! Despite the rivalry, I think we should just be happy and be friends at the end of the day. I love UNC and it is so much better than Duke. No offense! 😀

  2. Odd because earlier you said the stats show things that you like so you support your arguments with stats, but when the stats say UNC will win in the Dean Dome you say that Duke will defeat them by mile. Just saying, also, thanks for calling it the Dean Dome.
